- Promote increased infrastructure investment and transformation of the construction industry, enhance science and technology advancements, encourage the adoption of innovative construction methods to move towards a new era of energy-saving, highly-efficient, green and sustainable development;
- Strive to simplify land planning and construction procedures, optimize urban planning system, support urban renewal and unleash development potential in urban and rural areas; encourage the Government to adopt a more flexible approach in providing land supply in order to increase diversity of land market;
- Strive to create stable employment conditions and training opportunities for young people to join the industry; address the problem of shortfall of workforce; import foreign talents in accordance with the need; improve occupational safety ordinance; encourage the Government to listen and adopt suggestions from the industry;
